Deposit

A $150.00 refundable cleanup/damage deposit is required with each rental

Hourly Room Rental Fees

Multi-purpose room (gym and stage): $20.00 per hour
Commercial kitchen: $15.00 per hour
Classroom or meeting room: $10.00 per hour

Special Event Rental Fees

Special event: $150.00 per day
Includes previous afternoon or evening set up and following morning cleanup time

Special event with dance: $200.00 per day
Events with dances require two security guards approved by the Hagerman Police Chief, paid for by the renter.

Non-profit: $150.00 per day
Non-profit organizations may hold business meetings in the facility, free of charge, provided space is available.

Commercial: $300.00 per day

Inflatable slide rental: $50.00 for three hours with $5.00 for each additional hour
